Description
The Heinz Waterfront Walkway is 1512' in length and 10' wide. It is located along the waterfront on the west end of Kollen Park. Within 5 fishing decks, there are 7 locations with handicap accessible railings for fishing. The walkway is constructed with steel piling support and has recycled wood decking and metal railings.

Tactics
The most efficient method of catching fish is trolling or casting. Most anglers use live bait when trolling and artificial lures when casting.

Stocking
The MDNR stocks walleye in Lake Macatawa on an every other year basis at a rate of 50 per acre.
